SOS Meals on Wheels employs a staff of 2 full time and 30 part time workers and a cadre of about 25 volunteers to provide meal delivery service for 550 homebound seniors every weekday.
- Five kitchen workers begin preparing food at 5:00 am.
- Eighteen drivers and fifteen volunteers package the meals for delivery.

- The project coordinator manages the drivers and their routes.
- The accountant manages the finances.
- Two assessment evaluators visit seniors to evaluate their needs.
- A part-time administrative assistant handles office tasks with the help of several volunteers.
- The Executive Director Connie McCabe overseas all aspects of the operation.
